A total rip off from a campaign for aids, where they show a white dick with a snake tongue protruding, very nicely done and fantastic art direction, Sorry waseem but nice try, this one is a poor copy of the original, very badly treated and why do you have to add a lame caption for what? to explain it hey remember the consumer is not stupid the consumer is your mom, your son your etc etc....grow up people...if it's not really fantastic just keep it in your locker...ey...peace man...
